- 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — call or text 988 for free, confidential crisis support, 24/7.
- SAMHSA National Helpline — 1-800-662-4357, free and confidential treatment referral and information, 24/7, in English and Spanish.

Recognizing an Overdose
Signs that warrant calling 911 immediately include unresponsiveness, slowed or stopped breathing, blue or gray lips or fingertips, gurgling sounds, and pinpoint pupils. If opioids may be involved and naloxone (Narcan) is available, administer it and still call 911 — naloxone can wear off before the opioid does.
After the Crisis
A crisis stabilized is a window for change. When the immediate danger has passed, treatment options and insurance verification can turn a frightening night into a turning point. Our team can help you plan next steps — call (888) 555-0123.
